The organizing committee of AKC 2009 –Asia Korean Conference on Advanced Science & Technology is pleased to invite you to participate in the AKC 2009 to be held in August 28-29, 2009. Yanji, China
AKC 2009 will provide a unique platform for worldwide Korean scientists, engineers and industrialists to discuss the advances of the science and technology in advanced natural sciences, biotechnology, postgenomics, material science & nanotechnologies, advanced information technology, basic sciences, intelligent manufacturing & robotics and ecological vehicles.
The main objectives of the conference are as follows:
To gather Korean experts in advanced science & technology around the world, especially in the Asia-Pacific region.
To form network of advanced Korean scientists & engineers to facilitate interdisciplinary research and collaboration among researchers in advanced science and technology fields.
To strengthen connection between academia and industry in Asia Korean world to facilitate application of advanced science and technologies.

Call for papers
Prospective authors are requested to fill in the pre-registration form (attached document 1) and submit their pre-registration form and abstracts (attached document 2) by email attachments to the conference secretariat (
linjh1108@yahoo.com.cn；jindzh@ybu.edu.cn ) by 30th May 2009. The abstract should be limited to no more than 600 words in the prescribed form.
All accepted abstracts will be published in a printed version of the abstract book to be distributed at the conference. All accepted papers will be published in a CD of the conference proceedings which will be distributed to all registered participants. So, all the authors should submit their full papers as the prescribed form (attached document 3) to the conference secretariat by 15th July 2009.
